Is there such a thing as too much of a good thing? Apparently, there is. Wearing my favorite pieces in an all-in-one look, starting from Miu Miu’s Noir shades to Marant’s Rio. As for the blouse, whenever and wherever I am, the first thing my eyes dart to as soon as I step into a vintage store is the shop’s collection of vintage lace. There’s just something about the quality of the material that is unfound in today’s mass-produced market. When I spotted this hand tatted, lace sleeved blouse hanging at C. Madeleine‘s in Miami, I knew that this was a keeper. Paired it with a silk Ungaro skirt I purchased at the Wasteland in Haight-Ashbury for a night out in downtown…but quickly switched to jeans once I realized that a loosely knotted scarf skirt was a dangerous idea.
