One of the most exciting things about living in California are the random pockets of gems that inhibit the Golden State. There’s always the coastal line to San Francisco, the old school Hollywood glamour you get from hanging out in the canyons, and my personal favorite, the two hour drive to get to the retro time capsule known as Palm Springs. Palm Springs is home to the snow birds, amazing vintage, hit and miss cuisine, and two weeks out of the year, music lovers from all over the world. After spending the last week running around Downtown for work and after hours in West Hollywood, Michael and I took a quick get away trip from the hustle and bustle of the city to source vintage, take midnight swims, and order room service at the Ace Hotel.

Too bad the food at the Ace Hotel is hit or miss too! But I looove Palm Springs too. Just was there 2 weeks ago for my boyfriend’s birthday. Loved doing the aerial tramway up to the mountains!
